What Is the National Driver Register (NDR)?

The National Driver Register is a federal database maintained by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). How to Submit Form BMV 2150?

There are two accepted methods:

The Ohio BMV will process every valid request. If no record exists, you will receive confirmation that you are not listed in the NDR. If a record is found, you will receive:

Detailed driving history is never stored in the NDR itself and must be obtained from the individual state(s) of record.
