Who Can Apply for a Legislative Registration Plate?

Eligibility is limited to:

Current members of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives
Current members of the Pennsylvania Senate
Retired members of the House of Representatives
Retired members of the Senate

Replacement of Lost, Stolen, Defaced, or Illegible Legislative Plates

If a Legislative plate is lost, stolen, defaced, or becomes illegible, it can be replaced at no charge. Previous plate configurations cannot be duplicated. After receiving the new Legislative plate, return the old plate to:
